Shortboards

Our shortboard designs are influenced heavily by what Sage and Heath ride. Heath, who is the current NSW Junior Champion, is mostly riding single concave round tails. Heath says he likes his boards “Fast and responsive and easy to turn from the rail”. Sage generally rides single to double concave rounded squares.

We also make Big Boy Thrusters starting from 6’ 6” and going up to 7’ 6”. These larger dimension shortboards make it easier for the slightly older guys who still want to turn hard and throw their board around. Additional foam volume helps get you up and planing on the wave face, and aids paddling to help you catch more waves than a standard shortboard.
